MANGLIK DOSH

Mars is a fierce planet and its placement in certain houses results in Manglik Dosha. Mars is considered to be the most malefic planet of the auspicious ceremony of marriage in a person’s life. In Hindi, the word Manglik denotes auspiciousness. Hence a Manglik Dosha makes the even inauspicious or causes problems in this event.  If Mars is placed in 1^st , 4^th , 7^th , 8^th or 12^th house in a Horoscope, Manglik Dosh is said to be formed in that horoscope. This Dosh is usually said to delay the marriage of the affected person and create disturbances even after marriage or in the worst cases it may cause the death of the spouse. And it is advised by some astrologers that a person having a Manglik Dosh in his or her horoscope should only marry a person who also has Manglik Dosh in his or her horoscope. According to these astrologers, the bad effects of Manglik Dosh are reduced or even canceled if both man & woman marrying have Manglik Dosh in their horoscope. Some experts have the opinion that the Manglik Dosh is neutralized when the native reaches his late 30s in life, but it’s a myth. A Dosh in Kundli is to stay till it is treated well.

PITRA DOSH

It is stated in the ancient text that Pitra Dosh occurs if any ancestors up to the 7th generation on the father's side and up to the 4th generation on the mother's side have expired at an early age or have had an unnatural death. There are as many as 14 kinds of Pitra-Dosh, In the Vedic astrology Rahu is considered the main cause of these Doshas. Pitra Dosh occurs when the soul of the ancestors and departed forefathers of the affected native does not get peace due to any of the following main reason.

·         Bad karma of our ancestors in earlier life, knowingly or unknowingly, are embarrassing their souls

·         Bad karma of children, knowingly or unknowingly, are embarrassing the soul of ancestors

·         Lack of fulfillments of parental desires of our ancestors

·         A sudden and unnatural death of any ancestors in early age, this can be explained in the following ways. Drugging, death in unknown places and the body not available for cremation, for any reason cremation could not be performed

·         If someone fails to remember and honor the ancestors properly, according to Vedic Method

·         If certain wishes are remained attached with the soul of the ancestors, etc.

How to Identify Pitra Dosh

·         Children are falling sick repeatedly

·         Premature Baby birth and innumerable death of children after birth or prenatal birth. i.e. abortion

KAAL-SARP DOSH

Kaal-Sarp yog is formed when in a horoscope, all the seven planets comes between or hemmed between Rahu and Ketu. Rahu is considered serpent’s head and Ketu is dragon’s tail. So the presence of kaal sarp yoga in a horoscope is considered particularly harmful as all the planets are surrounded by the serpent and thus lose their good impacts to a great extent which will make person less lucky, creates problems and delays in many important aspects of life.

Kaal sarp dosha is of 12 types based on the placement of Rahu and Ketu in different houses of horoscope. These are Anant, Kulik, Vasuki, Shankhpal, Padma, Mahapadma, Takshak, Karkotak, Shankhchud, Ghaatak, Vishdhar and Sheshnag. When all the seven planets are on the same side of Rahu and Ketu axis and not a single planet is on the other side, the full Kaal-Sarp Dosha is formed. If even a single planet is on the other side of this axis, then it is not a Kaal Sarp yog. In this case, partial Kaal Sarp yoga is formed which is a Kaal Sarpa yog of less intensity.

Having Kaal Sarp dosh in horoscope doesn't mean that person will be totally unlucky and devoid of all the good things of life. The overall results differ from person to person and it depends on other yogas in the particular horoscope.

SHANI SADE-SATI

Shani Sadesati is the 7.5 years long transit of Saturn through the 12^th sign from the Moon to the 2^nd house from the Moon during which time Saturn may give both malefic & benefic results to the person. Sade-Sati is not malefic for everyone; however, it is benefic for those people for whom Saturn is a benefic. Saturn is a very cold and a slow moving planet; but a much disciplined one. It is evident that Saturn is exalted in Libra, which represents Balance sign.  Saturn takes nearly 30 years to make a full round. While it is true that during this 7-1/2 years Shani transit period people do experience some tensions and troubles, it is nothing to be scared about. First Dhaiya is about the stay of planet Saturn on the 12th house in the horoscope of the person. Second Dhaiya
